Every city in DFW now requires an engineered, permitted rack installation: layout drawings, load calculations, and stamped documentation reviewed and approved before you build. Our in-house engineering team delivers the whole package — design, calculations, and the permit submittal — as one accountable service, in whatever phase you need:

Phase 1 — Walk & Design

We walk your facility, measure the space, and map how product actually moves through it. Applying Six Sigma's Define–Measure–Analyze discipline, we design a rack layout that eliminates wasted travel, dead aisles, and double-handling — capacity you can measure, not guess at. The site walk and quote are free.

Phase 2 — Engineering & Calculations

Our engineers convert the approved layout into a stamped design package: rack load and seismic calculations, anchor and slab specifications, aisle and egress clearances, and fire-code review — the engineering the city requires before it will approve the installation.

Phase 3 — Permit Package

We prepare the complete submittal — site plan, rack elevations, sealed calculations, high-piled storage and fire-department forms, and the building-permit application — file it with your city, answer every plan-review comment, and coordinate the final inspection so your move keeps its date.
